Construction (Civil) Planning Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Project planning, schedule development and maintenance.
2. Management of the progress measurement system and reporting set-up and implementation.
3. Progress / performance evaluation and reporting.
4. Turn-around planning and scheduling and implementation / monitoring.
5. Project budget set-up and cost control.
6. Construction Cost Analysis and management.
7. Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update and cash flow integration based on earned value methods.
8. Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
9. Develop in conjunction with the Project Management Team a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
10. Review overall project status with the Project Management team.
11. Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction comparable is required.
2. 6+ years’ experience in planning / scheduling with strong skills in MS Project and Excel.
3. Solid English communication and writing skills
4. Job Location: In Bangladesh (Project Office and sub-station areas)

Salary: Negotiable
