Job Responsibility:
  • Need to prepare daily work plan.
  • Maintain Bill register, Requisition register and different registers related to Accounts Department.
  • Receive payment by cash, check, vouchers.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits.
  • Process cash reconciliation statements and prepare reports as per the given formats within the timelines.
  • Greet guests coming to reception area, taking details and informing relevant staff promptly.
  • Receive call, give feedback and message convey in respective personnel.
  • Arrange meetings, conferences of management when required
  • Carry out other administrative & secretarial tasks assigned by the management.

Job Nature:
Full Time/Part time

Educational Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.

  • Age 22 to 35 year’s
