Job Description / Responsibility

• Thorough knowledge on quality system.
• Continuous quality improvement, discover root cause & work on improvements.
• Able to work independently & handle customer's, auditors.
• Capable of handling 1st (Buyer)/3rd party inspectors.
• Qualified to handle top brands quality requirements.
• Must have experience to handle Quality department Independently.
• Must have capability dealing with up to 20 line
• Must be sound on Quality Assurance from Fabric Inspection, Testing & Cutting to finishing.
• Through knowledge on AQL.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
• Excellent team playing/leading attitude with professional skill
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Must be able to make email communication with clients.
• Sound knowledge in Size-set, Pattern, In-line inspection & final inspection
• Capable and experienced in handling technical Audit
• Educational Requirements
• Graduate/ Masters from any reputed University..
• Certified from BGMEA/ Any Textile Institution (in quality control course) will be preferred
